I’m a Mathematics teacher with an insatiable passion for teaching. The highlight of my career is the ‘click’ moment in the classroom when a student has that lightbulb experience and sees they’re more capable than they realise. My lessons are filled with energy, warmth, enthusiasm and a genuine love of Mathematics, and I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student achieves success with the correct support.
My teaching style focuses on developing both confidence and a sense of curiosity.
My aim is for students not only to know the Mathematics content but also to appreciate the reasons for the Mathematics that they are learning, fostering an attitude of critical and empowered thinking. From simplifying tricky problem solving to thinking creatively about making learning fun, I’m always developing ways to help students be successful.
