My son joined GEA last year after spending a couple of years with another provider. The difference was immediate. GEA tailored the program to his needs and aligned it with our expectations as parents. His Maths performance has been consistently A-grade since joining. English initially remained unchanged, but GEA reviewed his progress, adjusted the approach the following term, and the improvement since then has been significant. We value the partnership-style engagement — feedback flows both ways, and the results speak for themselves. The teachers and staff are highly trained, consistently professional, and their customer service is first-class. Not once have we had a teacher arrive late. GEA delivers quality, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Highly recommended.

Pros: they responded fast ( I contacted a few centres at the same time and some haven’t even called me back yet) .They allocated a very good teacher for my daughter and I can see she is doing very well comparing herself before these classes. Nancy (the teacher) is very kind, educated and knowledgeable. Cons: Prices are very high compared to other ones in the area (I haven’t tried the quality of the rest)

My twins have attended GEA since May to prepare for a hopefully successful acceptance in Selective high school. I am delighted by the accelerated progress they have made. I consider this to be the result of close monitoring, individual attention, the overall profession of staff, the efficient management at GEA and the tailored textbooks and learning materials. I am really happy I decided to enrol my children in GEA. I appreciate Dr Majeda and Turramurra's staff and teachers. I highly recommend GEA for children who want to learn and enjoy learning. It will definitely change their academic journey and achievement.

The care & learning provided the GEA team for my child has been amazing. My child initially started by attending the maths course (soon to be extended to both math & English at her request) and enjoys learning from the teachers there immensely. Dr. Awawdeh had the foresight to place her into a suitable level without fuss for 'age adjustments' as so many other places tried to do - thanks to the team, she has flourished and we look forward to continuing our journey with GEA. My child also also had the pleasure of participating in the creative holiday writing course last holidays, which she wanted to undertake again next holidays (we are restricted by time & costs!), highly recommended.

Global Education Academy is different from all other tutoring centres, as they adopt strategies that support children to develop critical thinking skills. I was against tutoring at the beginning, but my child's learning gaps were increasing & and upon a friend's recommendation, we decided to give it a go. They have the best staff. Lilly has a bubbly, super friendly personality & always greets us with a BIG smile, and she's very attentive. Diana is my child's teacher & my child does not stop talking about the lesson and what they do in class, although she was hesitant about tutoring at the beginning. So, I can confirm she's enjoying the classes. Also, Majeda has an inspiring personality! We'll definitely return next term! I'll keep you posted on our experience 😊 Update - I am grateful to Global Education and can't thank them enough for transforming my child's attitude towards maths as my child went from hating maths to saying, "I found out that long division is very easy!"

I wholeheartedly recommend Global Education Academy in Turramurra! Thanks to their incredible support, my daughter's math skills have improved significantly, taking her from under average to the top five in her school. Dr. Majeda is a true academic with extensive knowledge in education. We tried two other institutes before the GEA. Save your child's time and choose an institute that genuinely cares about their success. The experience at Global Education Academy has been outstanding, and the progress my children have made is truly impressive. The tutors are not only professional and knowledgeable but also deeply committed to helping each student succeed. Their personalized approach and engaging teaching methods have greatly enhanced my children's understanding of complex topics and nurtured a passion for learning. The warm and supportive atmosphere at the academy has had a profound impact on my children's confidence and motivation. They eagerly look forward to attending their sessions and have developed essential critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will benefit them in the long run. Global Education Academy in Turramurra is an absolute treasure for any parent seeking top-quality tutoring services. The academy has had an enormously positive impact on my children's educational journey, and I am incredibly grateful for their unwavering dedication to excellence.

We landed in Australia in Dec 20 when we knew nothing about selective schools. After doing my research I enrolled my daughter in GEA in Apr 21 for her selective exam in April 22. With 12 months of preparation with GEA my daughter was able to secure her admission in Penrith Selective School, the school we targeted for her. Need I say more? I wish GEA all the best in their quest for spreading education

GEA has been very helpful in preparing our child for selective school exam. They were very responsive to the recent changes in test components (thinking skills instead of general ability) and changed their teaching and workbooks around to cover the new section. Their small class sizes means feedback is more personalised and helped us identify gaps in our child's test readiness. We definitely think that GEA's played a part in our child's placement at a selective school. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of GEA tutorial program. We enrolled our child as we noticed she was struggling and seemed behind the school curriculum while in the midst of home learning during pandemic lockdown 2 years ago. Fast forward to now, not only has she caught up (after first 6 months), but now well ahead of the curriculum. Most importantly, her self-confidence has significantly improved and made good friends from other schools. Thank you, GEA, for such an effective learning program. We appreciate your school’s contribution in helping our child realise her academic potential.

My son completed the scholarship/selective exam preparation course. He attended for two terms and loved going every Saturday afternoon. He found the teachers engaging and helpful. He gained a lot of useful knowledge and tips for completing the exam, especially in creative writing, although he did find the math easy. It did become a little repetitive towards the end so I am glad we only went for two terms instead of the whole year. We found that the course was heavily focused on the selective exam even though it is also advertised as preparing children for scholarship, although it no doubt helped in both. My son said he applied some of the concepts at his school as well and was able to solve math problems a lot faster, so the benefits extend beyond the exam preparation. The course was very expensive compared with some others we had looked at, but also a lot more professional. Overall, I would recommend GEA if it is within your budget and I am glad we sent our son there.

Very professional attitudes towards teaching and client communications. My son was happy making friends similar to his academic level from last year's Selective High preparation courses. And he's successfully receiving the offer from the first ranked school he's chosen. Appreciate GEA's value-added education services. Thanks so much.

I rate this company to have the best teachers available for our children. Lucky for me to have been able to get to know the teachers first hand and knowing my daughter is being taught by quality, teachers that really know how to teach with patience and empathy. I already see the difference in her confidence and knowledge. For me as her mother having to travel some distant to get her to her lesson makes it very well worth the money and travel time. I highly recommend this company to any parent looking to help their children in their educational journey. Thank you GEA

my son did the preparation course for Selective School and Scholarship test, and received 3 scholarships and entry to Sydney Boys High School. I honestly don't think he would have been as successful without the preparation and practice. Have had great experiences here with my Year 5 son, so much so, I have enrolled my daughter this year. They actually look forward to going to tutoring classes because the classes are taught with love and fun.

Same as all parents, we were planning to help our year 3 son to get more prepared for his education path. We have tried different places and finally found GEA which was exactly what we were after. Not only they have got very professionally prepared education manuals and syllabuses, but also the way they deliver it is very good. They have also right balance between what is being taught in class and the homeworks given to students.

Our daughter's experience of learning here is positive. Knowing this is one of the most difficult times due to COVID and its aftermath, we felt the need to seek help as we notice the learning gap of our child is quite noticeable. We appreciate Dr Majeda for her genuine interest of helping our daughter and also we want to commend those teachers that paved the way for our daughter to regain confidence and to relearn foundational skills. Our daughter enjoys coming to the centre as she finds the staff amiable, too.

We’ve been coming to GEA for about a term with our 4 year old, to help with school readiness. His quote to us was “I actually love coming to these lessons...” I think that speaks for its self. We’ve seen a huge improvement with number recognition, writing and sounding out words. We chose GEA, because of the philosophy about learning. There is a definite gap in these sorts of skills the year before school at daycare. GEA has filled that gap. Thankyou!

I don't understand why the online offering is not more popular. esp; considering the commute time saved. having a hybrid class (on and off line) is a great option for us. The results appear to work for most/all involved. It is nice for the first time to have some insight into what the child is actually covering and how they are doing with it.

Our son completed a full year selective high school course 2020 at GEA and has now been offered a place at a school that was his top selective preference. The GEA team of teachers and support staff provide a fun collaborative environment for kids to excel across a range of areas including mathematics, reading and comprehension, writing and general ability. The course is well designed and thought through with regular mock tests conducted over its duration allowing both kids and parents to identify and work on areas for improvement and monitor progress. We were very happy and impressed with the efforts of GEA’s excellent teaching staff including one-on-one sessions that closed specific knowledge and skill gaps. Dr Awawdeh, the founder of GEA, takes personal interest in students’ progress, meeting with parents to discuss study strategies and topics to focus on. Our son enjoyed attending the GEA classes (a lot more than classes he previously attended at another centre) and made friends with a number of other students. We would highly recommend the GEA selective course to anyone looking to attempt the exam as well as families looking to support their children to achieve greater academic results.

I did a lot of research before selecting the right tutoring center for my son. My son was very focused that he wanted to get into a specific school . I found the course structure and approach at GEA was very relevant for him. I wanted him to understand concepts and be able to apply those which is exactly what he learnt. This also helped him do well at school and there was a considerable improvement in his English approach and writing. I also noticed that the Mock tests at GEA where very realistic and my son's final selective scores were very similar to what he was achieving in the mock tests, Every child learns differently but for us GEA was the right option. He has been offered a place in one of the selective schools and also a scholarship at a private school . Thanks so much to the GEA teachers and team.

We recently got a Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment for our child. Dr Majeda Awawdeh along with English head teacher explained the assessment results to us. The detailed results provided clarity in relation to areas which are strong, and where further improvement is possible. Thank you to the team at Global Education Academy.

There are few key difference that I noticed between the teaching at Global Education Academy and other tutoring schools. 1. Their classes do not usually exceed more than 10 students which is very important for the kids to remain focused and get attention. Some kids are more comfortable in a learning environment that has limited students and they are confident that their questions and clarifications will be addressed. 2. The UPLS strategy used in teaching Mathematics gives the students a structured way of thinking and solving rather than jumping straight to the answer. This definetly builds their critical and logical thinking. 3. The students are taught first to understand the concept and then practise problems based on the concept. This was very differnt from other centers where they are given a set of problems and asked to approach the teachers if they have doubts. 4. Getting the nuances of creative writing is not easy and doesn't come naturally for many kids. Some are good with creative topics and some with abstract. The English teachers supported and encouraged what the kids were best at and helped them polish their skills. There were some great tips and feedback after every piece of writing, which was very important to keep the motivation levels up. I can't thank enough for the constant support and help provided by all the staff at GEA. Be it the complementary homework sessions, providing help with questions outside of GEA materials and ongoing encouragement, it was all worth it. As always, the effort has to come from both sides to be successful. Beyond getting a placement in a selective school, I wanted my kid to have a good foundation in Mathematics with an ability to understand and approach a numerical problem. I am happy we achieved both.

The teaching structure and the design of the teaching materials ensures that students understand each topic in depth before moving to the next topic. I only have praises for this place.
