Intensive Writing Skills (Year 4, 5 & 6)

This intensive course is specifically designed to help students maximise their writing marks in Selective and Scholarship examinations. Students will be exposed to a wide range of writing genres and develop the skills needed to plan, structure, and refine their work with clarity and confidence.

Morning Session

During this course, students will:

• Master all key writing genres
• Develop a clear understanding of marking criteria for each genre
• Learn how to effectively plan, structure, and edit their responses
• Practice writing high-scoring responses within strict time limits
• Receive immediate and comprehensive feedback

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, students will:

• write with greater confidence and creativity,
• improve sentence structure and vocabulary,
• develop stronger writing techniques,
• strengthen grammar and punctuation skills,
• and produce more organised, engaging, and detailed writing pieces.

Afternoon Session

At Global Education Academy, we believe children learn best when learning is balanced with creativity and enjoyment. Our afternoon sessions from 1 PM to 5 PM include

The afternoon session is designed to keep children happy, confident, and socially engaged.
